The Precision Brain Health Educational Program is designed for individuals and families who want ongoing educational guidance and integration related to cognitive health beyond time-limited clinical visits.

Over time, important questions naturally arise — how to interpret results, how to weigh recommendations from different providers, and how to think strategically about next steps. This program provides a structured educational framework to support that process longitudinally.

Overseen by Dr. David A. Merrill, MD, PhD, Educational Director of Precision Brain Health.

What the Program Provides

Participants receive ongoing educational oversight and integration, including:

  • Educational review and synthesis of existing medical information (e.g., labs, imaging, cognitive testing, and reports)

  • High-level educational interpretation of new information as it becomes available

  • Thoughtful responses to non-clinical questions outside of scheduled visits

  • Educational coordination when multiple providers or programs are involved

  • Longitudinal perspective as goals, priorities, and circumstances evolve

The program also serves as the starting point for coordinated educational engagement with other Pacific Neuroscience Institute Foundation programs (such as lifestyle, scientific, or cognitive educational services), when appropriate.

Collaborator services are optional and may involve separate enrollment or fees.

Program Fee & Value Context

The Precision Brain Health Educational Program is offered as an annual enrollment, currently priced at $5,000 per year.

The annual fee reflects the ongoing educational review, integration, and advisory support provided over the course of a year, rather than a single consultation.

Enrollment renews annually to support continuity of educational guidance.

Important Clarifications

  • This program is educational only

  • It does not include medical diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or ordering of tests

  • It does not provide paid access to a treating physician

  • Clinical appointments, clinical needs, and insurance-based care remain separate and unchanged

  • Enrollment renews annually; pricing at renewal may change over time
