Program Term: Annual
Current Program Fee: $5,000 per year
Billing: Annual subscription with automatic renewal
Renewal Pricing: The program renews at the current program price in effect at the time of renewal
Payment Method: Credit card (secure checkout)
Auto-Renewal, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
Enrollment renews automatically each year to maintain continuity of educational support
Clients will receive advance notice prior to annual renewal
Clients may cancel enrollment at any time
Upon cancellation, a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the current annual term may be issued, in accordance with program policies

No diagnosis, prescribing, treatment, or test ordering is included
Clinical scheduling and insurance-based services are unaffected
Non-clinical educational communication outside of visits is handled within this program
Annual enrollment renews automatically unless canceled
